The Pemberton Slow Food Cycle is a 45 kilometre bike ride through the breath-taking Pemberton Meadows stopping at farms and vendors. You choose your own pace and stop at as many or as few farms as you like. This event connects people directly to the farmers who produce their food in a true celebration of farm-to-table foods.

2) Pemberton Distillery Tour

The Pemberton Distillery uses famous Pemberton Potatoes to produce the world’s only organic potato Vodka, Gin, Absinthe, Schnaps and Liqueurs. They invite you to come taste the spirit of the Pemberton Valley on their distillery tour and tasting! On this tour, they share with you the art and science of organic craft distilling, including malting, mashing, fermentation and distilling using hand-operated copper pot stills and barrel aging.

3) Araxi Longtable Dinner

Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar returns to the picturesque North Arm Farm on Sunday, August 19th for their 8th annual Longtable Dinner. Set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Curry, guests will enjoy a cocktail reception followed by a four course family style meal crafted by renowned Araxi Chefs James Walt, Quang Dang and team. The four course meal uses locally sourced cuisine and includes wine pairings from British Columbia’s top producers. 5) Hike Joffre Lakes

Joffre Lakes is a stunning hike just north of Pemberton and offers a diverse terrain with beautiful views. The hike itself is just 10 km but with a steady uphill climb and some more technical sections, this hike still offers a challenge. There are several glacier fed lakes to rest and take in the sites along the hike. This hike is open from June to September so if you’re visiting Pemberton in August, Joffre Lakes is a must!
