Pemberton Museum, 12- 3pm
A Spooktacular Halloween event for children 12 and under, the Pemberton Museum invites parents and kids to their annual Halloween Event. It promises to be a fun day with plenty of exciting Halloween activities including the annual Freaky Scavenger Hunt, the Spooky School House and the Scary Shopkeeper. They welcome you to bring in your carved Jack-O-Lantern to be judged in the pumpkin carving contest. There will be prizes for best costumes and best pumpkin carving. Admission is by donation!
All Halloween celebrations must start with finding the perfect pumpkin! Take a trip to North Arm Farm and hop on a wagon ride around the farm in search of the most frightening pumpkin in the patch. Wagon rides are in operation every weekend until the end of October.
Fireworks at Signal Hill
End your night with a bang, don’t miss the fireworks spectacle at the Signal Hill Elementary School. A wonderful ending to your evening with family and friends, the fireworks usually go off between 8- 8.30pm.
Trick or Treating
You can’t have Halloween without some Trick or Treating, and Pemberton Valley has the perfect neighbourhoods for it! No neighborhood in Pemberton does Trick or Treating quite as well as The Glen. The neighbourhood is very kid friendly and knows how to get into Halloween spirit on the night of October 31st. The area comes alive with children dressed as ghouls and goblins in search of candy.
